Power Transmission System
A universal joint driveshaft transmits power from the tractor to the drive rake, ensuring stable and efficient power transmission.
The gearbox or chain drive system is compactly designed and allows for adjustment of the transmission ratio to achieve different speed outputs according to operational needs.
Working Component Design
Rake Teeth/Blade Material: Usually made of high-strength alloy steel or wear-resistant materials to ensure durability under complex soil conditions.
Arrangement: Rake teeth or blades are arranged in a spiral or staggered manner to avoid missed areas during operation and improve operational uniformity.
Frame and Adjustment Device
The frame is welded from high-strength steel, with a sturdy structure capable of withstanding high-load operations.
Equipped with hydraulic or mechanical adjustment devices, the working depth of the rake teeth (usually 10-30 cm) can be quickly adjusted to suit different soil types and tillage requirements.
Auxiliary Components
Some drive rakes are equipped with a press roller or soil leveler for soil compaction and leveling after operation, further improving surface flatness.
