The driven harrow is driven by the tractor's power take-off (PTO) shaft, and the power is transmitted to the working parts through a gearbox or chain drive system. Its core components are usually multiple sets of rotating tines or blades, which rotate at high speed perpendicular to the ground, and cooperate with the forward movement of the tractor to cut, break and mix the soil.
Soil breaking mechanism: The rotating tines or blades break large soil clods into small particles through impact and shearing, while fully mixing organic matter such as straw and stubble with the soil.
Land preparation effect: By adjusting the depth and speed of the tines, different levels of soil loosening can be achieved, improving soil structure, and increasing air permeability and water retention.
