A reversible plow mainly consists of a suspension frame, a reversing cylinder, a check mechanism, a land wheel mechanism, a plow frame, and a plow body.
Suspension frame: Connects to the tractor, used to support and secure the entire reversible plow.
Reversing cylinder: Through the extension and retraction of the piston rod in the cylinder, it drives the positive and reverse plow bodies on the plow frame to make a vertical flipping motion, achieving the alternate replacement of the plow bodies.
Check mechanism: Prevents unnecessary rotation of the plow body during the flipping process, ensuring that the plow body is stably in the working position.
Land wheel mechanism: A one-wheel, two-use mechanism for adjusting the plowing depth with a screw, which can adjust the plowing depth according to soil conditions.
Plow frame: The main frame for installing the plow body, supporting the plow body and transmitting power.
Plow body: Directly contacts the soil, performing cutting and turning operations.
